My Whole Being

My Whole Being is a special, invite-only Studio Wesley Small Group. Over the course of 10 weeks, this group will engage in honest conversations in a safe digital environment about the multi-dimensional aspects of being a a college-aged young adult in 2025.

This isn't your typical small group—it's an exploration into self discovery and the interconnectedness of the whole person. Facilitated by Derrick Scott III (Digital Campus Minister), this group combines ancient wisdom from Scripture with modern insights and shared learning. We’ll consider spiritual and practical tools to help you navigate the unique pressures of young adulthood. This isn't about becoming perfect—it's about learning to show up authentically as your whole self in a world that often demands you fragment into pieces. The group will meet weekly via zoom on Sundays at 3pm ET beginning September 7, 2025.

True to Studio Wesley's "inclusive, expansive, and liberative" approach, this free group creates space for questions, doubts, and the real struggles that come with figuring out who you are. The small group is designed to be interactive, informative and generative (no Zoom lectures!). The one hour meeting includes centering practices, authentic sharing, guided discussions and suggestions for additional resources. Participants will also receive access to ongoing community connection through asynchronous discussions and regular (monthly) one on one meetings with Derrick as well as opportunities to contribute to Studio Wesley's growing content library, including potential participation in podcasts like Studio Wesley Annex.
